Dr. Martha Brown

Associate Professor

Martha Brown is a virologist who did her undergraduate and graduate studies at Queen’s University then, after a two-year postdoc at the University of Sherbrooke , moved to Toronto to do research at the Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids). She then took up a faculty position at the University of Toronto where she continues to have a fulfilling career in teaching and research in the Dept. of Molecular Genetics. She has been part of the Knox Church community since moving to Toronto as a young scientist.

 
 

David Kim

high school teacher

David is a high school teacher at Toronto District Christian High School, where he has taught Biology and Bible for the past 13 years. He studied Life Science at the University of Toronto before earning his MDiv from Knox College. After serving as a youth pastor in several Korean Canadian churches across the GTA, God eventually led David into Christian education, where he enjoys exploring the wonder and intricacies of God’s creation with his students.
