Dr. Martha Brown

Associate Professor

Martha Brown is a virologist who did her undergraduate and graduate studies at Queen’s University then, after a two-year postdoc at the University of Sherbrooke, moved to Toronto to do research at the Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids). She then took up a faculty position at the University of Toronto where she had a fulfilling career in teaching and research in the Dept. of Molecular Genetics. Having retired from teaching in June of this year, she can now focus on research. She has been part of the Knox Church community since moving to Toronto as a young scientist.
